Positive: Clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, in the heart of town. Huge balcony. Apartment was warm. Great communication from host

Negative: Tv speakers are struggling and would make rumbling sounds. But not really an issue. Could just use with an upgrade

Negative: The keys are kept in a lock box which is difficult to find given the instructions. I thought I had been scammed as a result. The box is located in a place that makes the process extremely unprofessional. I felt I was digging for drugs just about. The bedding cover was strange. The duvet consisted of 2 sheets with the innards for the duvet in-between. I wondered if the innards where washed each time. The key provided often got stuck especially in the parking garage.

Positive: 2 comfortable double bedrooms both with bathrooms. Liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner supplied. TV's and split system a/c in each bedroom, plus large TV and a/c also in lounge room. Undercover secure parking. Staple kitchen supplies stocked in cupboard for use.

Negative: Slightly tricky and odd place that key is left, but video instructions helpful. Gungahlin is fair distance from city centre but roads make travel very easy. Bedroom Blinds don't block all night light out so have to put towels/sheets over to darken.

Positive: Apartment facilities were great, but didn't get to use them much as mainly out and about. Verandah was very spacious but too cool to use in winter. Bed was very cosy and comfortable. Large fridge. Short walk to shopping centre and other amenities. Secure parking available.

Negative: Glad there was a video with the booking link to find the key access to building and car park. Otherwise, all good.
