Positive: The property is under Rovigo’s most famous architectural landmark (the Rotonda church). It is thus in the city center but away from the noisy parts of the city. The property is a former family apartment renovated with style and where original elements are still visible (beimed ceilings and floors). Modern bathroom and kitchen.

Positive: Given the restrictions imposed on small "hotels" the breakfast was amazingly generous and thoughtful.

Negative: Having the bathroom outside the room is not ideal but was in fact quite manageable.

Summary: A lovely, comfortable, convenient stay with thoughtful amenities.

Negative: I'm curious, is there only one room in this building? The carpet upstairs can be cleaned better.
