Positive: Location was very peaceful, 15 min drive from Penrith. Think this may have been one of the best positions on the site, enclosed wrap around garden. great for our dog. Garden furniture very useful. Accommodation had everything we could need including a hairdryer, towels, bedding, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, literally home from home. We made use of the board games provided which we haven't played for years. Squirrel visited garden every day. Loved it. Happy family memories made here. Owner was friendly too.

Negative: Metal step into the property was too steep for elderly parent but could use the gate into the garden and enter by other entrance once someone went in and unlocked deadbolt for us. Didn't like were the annoying crows waking us VERY early and stealing the bird and squirrel food but it is the countryside and can't do much about that.

Negative: The lighting is abit dark in the living room. one of the lights bulb was not working properly.
