Summary: So I need to preface this by saying that I really enjoyed meeting the owner and appreciate what he's trying to do. First of all it is important to state that this is not a bed and breakfast. Not even close. My expectations really weren't that high considering the price I paid for the room, and that expectation was not let down. It's clear that the owner is trying to turn the location to a place where people can bring campers to stay a short-term or long-term or rent a room. It felt more like a boarding house than a bed and breakfast. There is debris in trash in the yard that would be an easy cleanup but instead has been left there, including a pop-up garage tent which looks like was destroyed by the weather and is still lying in tatters in the front yard. The front yard also boasts a number of work vehicles and run down older vehicles, owned presumably by the guests staying there. The walls are extremely thin. I could clearly hear conversations in the room next to me. Many of these conversations were the types of conversations you would expect to hear from the people in a boarding house or even a halfway house. The property is on well, which in and of itself isn't bad but there's no filter so you get a distinct sulfur smell from the water when you go to take a shower, and there was clearly some sort of residue in the sink after I brushed my teeth. The kitchen area is not really a kitchen area and it also smells of sulfur. The property needs a critical eye
