Positive: The apartment was perfect for our needs 4 adults had everything we needed. In easy reach of everything - lovely touch l with the Prosecco and mince pies

Negative: Check in was too late especially as there is no allocated parking and trying to find any is near on impossible - check out was way too early especially as we did the house work as well

Positive: We have stayed in the flat above before. Excellent views out of the windows.

Negative: Quite a lot of noise from the Adnams cafe . The flat needs to please provide more toilet rolls. The television is ancient, rather small and does not allow you to hook up your phone to it and get into your own Netflix account etc. This definitely needs replacing and bringing smack upto date for your visitors.

Positive: A really lovely coastal apartment, beautiful decor and very comfortable for a weekend stay by the sea. Spotlessly clean and the complimentary bottle of wine and biscuits were a thoughtful welcome, thank you! I would recommend to anyone, spacious and right in the centre of town. We had a lovely relaxing get away, we will definitely come back again!

Positive: A Light, airy flat, with stunning views all around Southwold. Very quiet, but with wonderful birdsong due to the nearby trees. Lovely local artworks adorn the walls. A very good kitchen. The owner clearly loves the flat and has made it a beautiful space to enjoy.
