Beautifully remodeled historic home built in 1936! Located in one of the most unique historic districts in Central Phoenix. Short drive to the airport (15 min), downtown area (10 min), many local restaurants, bars, and other things to do. The space is designed with an industrial-retro theme in mind. A very unique blend! There is even a full length wall mural painted by a local artist inside the house representing the 5 C's of Arizona. Please note BACKYARD IS SHARED W/ GUEST HOUSE
This is a private house with a separate Studio apartment-style guest house in the back.
Enjoy a cozy space, well equipped with everything you could need during your visit. Sit back and relax on our extra large leather sectional sofa while you watch TV. Relax in the backyard space which includes a dining table, fire pit, covered patio, and an outdoor shower.
We do not interact with guests or live on the property. However, we are always available to answer any questions during your stay.

-Dog/cat poop must be picked up - especially in front of the property or on the streets, there will be a FINE of $200.

-Late check-out fee, minimum charge of $50 (depending on how late), WHEN AVAILABLE only, kindly check with us the day before your check-out.
- There will be a $100 charge for check out date change request if notified less than 24 hours.
- We do not allow additional guests who are not listed on the original reservation. Breaking this rule may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking and no refund.
- Even for longer stays we only provide starting supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, body soap, and shampoo. You will need to buy your own after it's all used up.
- Primary guest ages 25 years old or younger, no reviews or not at 4/5 star review rating. We will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.

PET POLICY: It’s our pleasure to invite your furry friends to stay. We charge $100 fee for the first pet will be added to the reservation cost and $75 for any additional pets and will only allow a maximum of 3 pets only. Typically we do not accept pets over 40 pounds however, some can be approved on a case-by-case basis. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. We will perform a close inspection of furniture and carpets after check-out and apply additional cleaning fees or requests for damage, if necessary. There is a $25 fee for excessive pet hair clean up. Avoid these costs by managing and cleaning up after your pets. All pet droppings on property and neighborhood must be properly picked up and disposed of to avoid fines.
EARLY CHECK-IN: Feel free to ask and we will accommodate you if we can. Early check-in fee is $50. Accommodation will depend on whether there is another guest checking out the same day, as it takes our staff a full 5 hours to properly clean the property. Please inquire with us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Feel free to ask as soon as possible and we will accommodate you if we can. If it is less than 24 hours till check-out, which means changing our cleaner’s schedule, there may be an extra $100 fee. Late check-out is 1 pm, with a minimum charge of $50, when available. If you need to check out later than 1 pm, we will need to charge you for an extra night.
NOISE / DISTURBANCE: No parties are allowed on the property. We enforce a strict fee of $1000 for any reported noise or disruption from neighbors. Please, no amplified music outdoors, in respect of neighbors. Indoor music is permitted except during ‘quiet hours’ between 10pm and 8am.
CLEANING / DAMAGES: In the event that excessive cleaning, repair, or replacement is required for amenities, furnishings, or appliances, appropriate fees will be applied.
REPAIRS / ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY: For any urgent repairs needed in or around the property, you will be notified immediately. Our handyman/service company may need access inside the property even if you are not present. Please note this is only for situations that require urgent action to make sure your needs are addressed and resolved immediately.
INVENTORY: Amenities and toiletries are included at the time of check-in, however, this is a one-time stock, and you will need to purchase any additional products needed during your stay.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping are not allowed inside the house and will result in a fine of $750.
-There will be a $250 fine if we found our smoking detector is tampered after checkout
MAIL: Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We recommend a local Amazon locker or PO box for longer stays.
ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS: Guests booking with no reviews, or with negative reviews, will require an additional deposit of $500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We do not allow additional guests who are not listed on the original reservation to stay overnight in the property. Breaking this rule may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking without refund.
