Wake up with breakfast in the gourmet chef's kitchen and prepare a coffee using the built in Miele coffee maker, then enjoy it by the fireplace in the screened-in porch area. Once you're fully awake, perhaps you'll head down for a workout in the professional-grade gym, or enjoy a game of basketball or pickleball on the custom court. Ready to cool down? Why don't you take a few steps down to the water? Up for a refreshing dip in the lake? Maybe take the kayak or paddleboards out and check out the stunning views Baptist Lake has to offer. Summary: We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway.

Summary: The home and location were perfect for our family. It exceeded our expectation, layout, finishes, equipment, ect. all high end and quality through out. We were 10 adults and 8 kids ages 3-13, bunk room was prefect Everyday was action packed with boating, tubing, boarding, fishing, pickle ball and golf. Pilgrim Run is 7 minutes from the house. our 4 grandsons are all experienced with fishing and the lake offers great bass fishing. most of the time we fished off the dock and early morning and evening were best using minnows, largest was 20'' 3.5lbs. Lisa thank you for all the help with my many questions and responding to questions and recommendations during our stay. We will be back!

Summary: Our family stayed here for a long weekend and the house and property exceeded our expectations. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were some of the best we’ve had — so easy to work with and were always available via text/call if we needed them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful stay on the water! We would definitely stay again!

Summary: Truly an immaculate home, I couldn't have asked for anything more. The home was practically turn key in regards to bedding, appliances, and amenities. Groceries were easily obtained using instacart although a major grocery store was only a 10min drive away. The added safety of a fenced yard is not to be overlooked--our small children were safe and enjoyed the sandy beach every day. Most importantly, the host is the most responsive and friendly host I've ever worked with in a rental property. We travel w/ P2P rentals 2-3 times per year and have for the last 8+ years. By far, the best host we've worked with, couldn't recommend higher. In short, rent this house, you will not regret it. PS--if you have the chance to rent over the 4th of July holiday, you should, the fireworks over the lake are unbelievable!

Summary: We had a weekend wedding at the house with a few family members and this house could not have been more beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Lisa was also very accommodating and very quick to respond and anything you can think of that you may have forgot, was already provided on the property and top quality. It was overall the best weekend rental we have ever had.

Summary: The Lake House was everything we could have ever wanted. The location was on point, the views are incredible, the special amenities (hot tub, work out facility, sport court, fireplace, wifi and surround sound) the butlers pantry and the landscaping. The whole experience was so wonderful and we enjoyed our time spent here with our Sand Lake relatives. We hope to come back and stay in the Fall. Thank you Lisa and Mandy for an excellent weekend!
