Negative: It does not suit 5 people like we were The upstairs area is hot and humid, fan does nothing. Can’t recommend for more than 4 people And especially in summer is bad

Positive: Overall, our stay at the apartment was pleasant. It was small but cozy and quaint. The apartment location was very close to the train station -- a very big PLUS! Also, it is close to a convenient store (Lawson) and the location is quiet and peaceful.

Negative: Again, overall our stay was pleasant. However, the kitchen did not have eating utensils (chopsticks, forks), pillow was hard and uncomfortable, a few extra thicker towels would've been nice, kitchen/bath mats would've been good since you come out of the showers with wet feet or wet house slippers (suggesting shower curtains for the tub, maybe?). A small laundry basket would've been useful.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay and it met our needs and expectations.

Positive: Optimal situated in Shinjuku walking distance to metro, shops, bars and plenty of restaurants. Very easy to visit the whole town as metro is so close and frequent. Very good and helpful communication!

Negative: Small as most accommodations in Japan are, so not a place to stay at home on rainy days beside staying in bed.

Summary: Optimal situated to visit Tokio with all you need in walking distance. Would come again.

Positive: Location was great, short walk to to Okubu station , one stop to Shinjuku . Lots of restaurants and a few convenience stores close by .

Negative: Air conditioning did not reach the upstairs loft bedroom very well .
