Positive: Large facility. 3 bedrooms. Having a bbq. Nice to have seating area front and back.

Negative: Some light bulbs were burn out. Not enough light in the kitchen. Quite a few of the dishes were chipped. Cutlery drawers needs a cleaning. Tolit seat needs fixing Not enough seating in the living room Need a book with WI-FI information. How to use the TV.

Summary: We were there onl 3 nights so it was just fine.

Positive: Big house, 3 rooms, air conditioning, kitchen, yard, lots of space. Close to the beach, 3 minutes' walk.

Negative: In the house next door, there is a bakery. (it's sometimes noisy) Everything in the kitchen is very dirty. Half of the dishes and kitchen utensils are unusable. (Old glasses, dishes, etc.) There are a lot of expired spices and packaged food in the cupboards (Why don't you throw them in the bin?) The dishwasher filter is dirty and does not work well (I did this). A thorough cleaning would bring a lot of good results.
