Positive: Wonderfully Clean, and a very thoughtful welcome pack and essentials. More than enough towels and really easy to navigate to. The games were a lovely touch and our children loved playing them. There is also a lovely park just a two minute walk away, and the local pizzeria is fantastic. We normally stay in Skipsea, so location wise it's great as it's just a small car ride to our usual visits including Bempton Cliffs, Bridlington, Hornsea and Flambourough.

Negative: We read the reviews about the noise from the road, and it is very noticeable in the day, but did tend to go quiet around 11.30pm. I did end up sleeping downstairs unfortunately as the bed in the main room, although comfortable, is really noisy to turn in which disturbed our dogs more so than the road. The sofa was really comfortable though so we managed (two blankets were provided but I did use our own to sleep with as it got a little chilly in the evenings) As we were new to this area, the basket of things to do were a great help to get started in looking for some things to do as a family, however they were 3-4 years out of date so could do with a refresh for those visiting the area for the first time.

Summary: Clean and Great Value for money, a couple of small tweaks to make it perfect.

Positive: Absolutely stunning house. Loved the welcome pack. Really cozy house with everything we needed for a short stay. Perfect for us.

Negative: Sadly, due to being in the front bedroom by the road, we couldn't open the window due to traffic noise. A real shame as everything else was perfect.
