Villa 2 Pini is a beautiful villa located in a rural area within a park of 10. 000 meters, and close to a sandy beach with its crystal clear waters. This beach stretches for miles to the east or west and gives you the opportunity to relax, walk along the shore or sunbathing. However, for those who want privacy and relaxation there is a large swimming pool in the property just for you where you can swim and have fun every time that everybody wants. During the night the pool lights creating pleasing play of colors. Villa 2 Pini is a villa with a pool and a large garden, 3 bedrooms plus a wonderful annexe (3 double, 1 with two single beds convertible also in this bedroom), a furnished loft, two bathrooms with shower, an outside bathroom 3 and outdoor showers, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room. A rustic area covered with another kitchen with everything. All furniture is modern in design. In short, it is a small resort where you are alone and with all your privacy. On the terraces you can enjoy our best Italian food and drink comfortably Sicilian wine (Alcamo is well known for its 'Bianco d'Alcamo PDO'). Children are welcome and will have the vacation they will never forget. They can play in the enclosed park around the villa. The property is very comfortable and is a very green near the Gulf of Castellammare del Golfo. The pool is surrounded by a large solarium in contact with the fruit trees on the estate. The villa offers according to your mood you can do whatever you want. For your own safety - but you can also ask us to turn off the system, if you prefer - parts of the outside of the villa are equipped with a video surveillance system CCTV. L 'car is recommended if you want to go around and visit places related to art, history, nature reserves or have a picnic on our Monte Bonifato (about 7 km away), or take a day of adventure at the adventure park for young and children .. What's better than going around in our beautiful Sicily and then go back to 'home' and swim in the sea or in the pool at night lit up so many colors?!? The nearest supermarket is about 3 km away. You can find several restaurants open for both lunch and dinner cha a few km from Villa 2Pini. If you like the sea, there are many possibilities to enjoy the sea life. The port of Castellammare is just a few km and there you can rent boats, or take day cruises, which will make you visit the beautiful Zingaro Nature Reserve, stacks of Scopello and San Vito lo Capo. The geographical position of Villa 2 Pini will allow you to easily visit all Western Sicily as Castellammare del Golfo, Erice, San Vito lo Capo, Alcamo, Calatafimi - Segesta, Trapani, the islands of Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo, Marsala, Mozia , Palermo, Agrigento and Sciacca etc etc all this within just 100 km maximum distance from Villa 2 Pini.

Summary: Communication with the host, Pietro, was excellent and he assisted in making sure we were Covid-ready for Sicily and he picked us up to bring us to the villa. He also was responsive to queries during our stay. The villa itself is an excellent property, tastefully decorated and very functional - it was the best-equipped kitchen we had in our visits to Sicily. The location of the property abuts an industrial zone and it is a long and winding and bumpy road to reach it. The area itself is not picturesque, but the views from the villa are generally good. We had a couple of nights where there was loud music playing very late at a neighboring property. The swimming pool was refreshing but, it must be said, is quite small for the surface area that it occupies. All in all, a very good property at a good price for high season. Summary: We had a lovely time in villa 2 pines. Plenty of space for parking. The pool was perfect for young children as it wasn't too deep. The outdoor showers were very useful. Peter also supplied all the cots and high chairs which was great. The location is secluded so perfect for relaxing. The villa was homely, very clean and peter was an excellent host and quick to respond to any questions. There was also beach parasols and chairs provided. I would definitely recommend the beaches of castellemare del golfo and san vito lo capo stunning waters.

Summary: A beautiful home in a private and beautiful setting. The home has been beautifully and tastefully restored. Literally off the beaten path (access from the main road is down an unpaved road), the location offers complete privacy. The Villa 2 Pini was a perfect setting for our recent multi-generational family vacation to Sicily. We were 5 adults and 1 child and found total comfort in the 4 bedrooms and multiple indoor/outdoor living areas, everyone had their own place & space! The swimming pool is perfect for taking a dip and cooling off from the hot Sicilian sun. That said, the water temperature of the pool was pleasant, not too hot, not too cold. We enjoyed our evenings bbq'ing or making homeade pizza's in the woodfire burning pizza oven! A thoughtful and tasty package of local delights awaited our arrival, everything about our experience with the property owner was very thoughtful. PIetro is a very responsive host. The location, was convenient to visit the Northwestern part of Sicily, just 10-15 minutes from a great beach club in Balestrate. As much as we enjoyed our touring around, we equally enjoyed our time at our 'home' away from home.
