Summary: The property was clean and simple. Beds were all queens and extremely comfy. There is a large dining table. Many TV channels. Many new dishes, utensils, and pots and pans and a new big refrigerator. There is not a washer/dryer or grill. Black out curtains throughout. There are fans in each bedroom. Some previous comments talked about the lack of AC upstairs, but it was not an issue for us, and vents were blowing. The location was convenient and close to SB and ND, but still a drive. The neighborhood seemed to be just starting gentrification. We enjoyed walking around and felt totally safe. We talked with the neighbor- nice guy. Marion was very easy to work with. We would stay again!
