Positive: Very clean, convenient location and parking. Quiet.
Negative: House is not in Encanto neighborhood. While a nice neighborhood, there is a big difference between this one and Encanto. Also, there was a wind storm--something on the back porch was banging every time the wind blew. Owner needs to address this. Check out process was rather tacky considering what they were charging. Didn't care much for shower design. Very messy.

Positive: The bed (Master Bedroom) was super comfy!! The toilet has a bidet, a pleasant surprise for sure. The living room and dining room was very open and spacious, while the kitchen area had everything you could need. They even had chilled glasses! Though we didn't get to utilize the backyard during our stay, it was very open with plenty of privacy. The front door has this electronic deadbolt with a touch screen numberpad, it took us a bit to figure out. Embarrassing? I can't say, it was our first time interacting with such a device. Though, it did add to our peace of mind. Random tidbit, the security camera by the front door has built in speakers and it barked at us. We think to indicate that it was recording? We remain unsure because it only happened a few times on the first night of our stay. Not really bad or good, we just found it to be curious and intriguing.
Negative: I wish I took pictures. Mostly because the property is quite picturesque but alternatively there is this window in the bathroom. This window is just clear glass, no tint, no shade, no way to cover or close this window. Now, it does fill the room with plenty of natural light to just make that open shower asthetic pop, it just feels like it lacks privacy. That being said, there do exist two levels of privacy already; foliage infront of the window making it hard, and noisy, for someone to approach window, and the fence surrounding the property. Completely secure, just uncomfortable. The couches weren't all that comfy, kinda lumpy. The master bedroom could also use a couple of night stands on either side of the bed. These are non issues. In no way did they kill our stay, just personal preferences and opinion.
Summary: Simple and Quite Weekend Stay
