Positive: I liked that the location was very close to downtown as advertised. The place looked nicer than the photos, but it still was comfortable. Nice to have the many appliances available although I used few on them. It was also nice to have parking to come and go as you please.

Negative: The bathtub area needs improvement. There was rust were the bathtub meets the wall. The water didn't drain while showering. I don't like to have water backing up while I take a shower. The bathtub looked worn, and somewhat dingy. There was no soap or shampoo for showering although toiletries were supposed to be included. When I sent a text to the contact regarding the lack or soap and shampoo, I did not get a response. Also, the large bed was rather hard and lumpy. I think a newer mattress should be considered. On the last morning, it sounded like an animal was scratching furiously to get in. Probably a squirrel? The trim along the window on the main bedroom was falling apart on the outside. I was charged $21 service charge per day and a $122 cleaning fee for the stay. I don't believe anyone dropped by to check on anything during the stay.

Summary: On the plus side, the place was good. It's nice to have a whole house at your disposal.
