Summary: I stayed 4 days here with my 81 year old parents, and it was perfect. The only downside is not having an elevator (but that is disclosed prior to renting, so it wasn't a surprise). We were on the second floor, so it wasn't bad going up and down the steps. The view of the river from the enclosed deck is very nice (we even saw an alligator floating by). The location is great, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely return and recommend! John is also very quick about getting back to you with any questions/concerns.

Summary: We had a wonderful week! This condo was one of the cleanest and most well equipped we have stayed in. Two really nice pools on the property as well. There are no elevators for this property so if you have limited mobility this will not work. It only took about 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Plenty of nice public beach access points. ( All pay to park) but had decent bathrooms.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent. The space was exactly as pictured and described and check in and out was incredibly easy! The community was very quiet and peaceful. We were traveling from Michigan for Spring Break and took a chance at the location but realized soon after we got there that the location was great. There were so many things to do nearby and great places to eat at while feeling quiet and tucked away from the busyness. We would love to come back in the future!

Summary: The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. We loved the water view, games, and fireplace. Extra toothbrushes were a nice touch. We have found our place to stay when visiting family in Little River!

Summary: Great condo on a canal just of the ICW. Very quiet and clean. The owners/managers were super responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay visiting with our family in the area--will definitely look to book this condo in the future.
