Positive: The location was superb. Community rewilding area was adjacent to the property and offered plenty of open space for walking our dog. Was situated on edge of pretty village.

Negative: The Hetty vacuum cleaner in the cottage was well past its best. Head and part of tubing kept falling off and suction was poor. Also instructions on bin collections wasn't clear, as recycling bin looked as if it hadn't been emptied for weeks, as was full to overflowing.

Summary: Would go back tomorrow, loved it!

Positive: The accommodation was well quipped and nice and warm once we had the fire going, really good location to quaint Dorset villages and access to the sea.

Negative: Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

Positive: Loved the location and cottage. Loved the milk in fridge on arrival and tea coffee facilities. So thoughtful. Beautiful general decoration and style. The silence of the location was heavenly.

Negative: My friend had a bite from the first night. We have agreed never to book accommodation that allows pets. As older ladies with disabilities, the beds mattresses were shocking and a shame on you. We brought our own mattresses for our second night. All of the beautiful old doors looked wonderful but as non closed or opened easily without force, our arthritis in shoulders, wrists and hands have been very painful. With no lids available in the kitchen for the oven, some tin foil would be thoughtful.

Summary: We had a beautiful retreat and managed to muddle through the terrible beds situation.

Positive: Lovely little cottage very clean and tidy set back from the road so very peaceful perfect for chilling and located slap bang in the middle to commute to all the local hotspots there’s so much to see and do locally

Negative: Minor issues the fridge freezer compartment door is broken and a double socket in living room is in need of repair as it’s hanging of the wall

Summary: It was just perfect for a relaxed holiday to unwind we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying there
