Positive: It was central to shops, and places we visited were in easy reach from there, it was clean and comfortable,and making contact with the owner easy ,very courteous,friendly and professional.

Negative: Parking was a little difficult, but we parked right opposite on some land ,that was ok to park on. So turned out well.

Summary: A comfortable place,everything we needed,and efficient,professional and courteous owners.

Positive: The property was lovely, we didn't actually use the kitchen apart from coffee in the mornings and evenings as we were visiting family so all of our meals we had there. But the kitchen was fully equipped. A lovely welcome basket with coffee, tea and some snacks. It was very spacious, like a little tardis lol. Everything was exceptionally clean and beds very comfortable..we had a little issue with the toilet but it was sorted within a few hours. The communication with the property owners was exceptional. They really made us feel at home. The location is right in the heart of Fraserburgh with a very short walk to Everything you need. I would highly recommend this property and we're hoping to come back very soon.

Positive: Lovely little cottage, excellent location right in the centre of town. The seafront was also nearby too. The cottage was very clean, with comfortable furnishings, including good beds and linens. The electric shower in the bathroom was decent and overall the cottage was well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being on the high street, mostly the location was quiet - with the exception of closing time on a Saturday night! But that was only to be expected, given the otherwise really convenient location. Despite being located on the high street, we had no problems parking, which was a definite plus.

Negative: The cooker oven appears to not be working and could do with looking at. Two out of three of the bathroom lights weren't working, which meant that the bathroom was rather dark. There may be a leak under the sink, as the frying pan stored there was wet.

Summary: Lovely little cottage in an excellent location
