This is a truly unique vacation property that is perfect for an authentic Cape Cod experience! This two-cottage compound is a 10-minute walk, even with kids, from a private beach located a half-mile away and has an inground heated pool.
Set on a large plot of land, this sunny retreat contains two separate housing buildings, ideal for putting up kids or a second family for multi-family/generational vacations! The main building sports a bedroom, full bath, and kitchen along with a large living and dining space, perfect for entertaining at night or snuggling up to watch a movie. The second building has two separate sleeping rooms, a living space, and a full bath. The true beauty of this home comes from the outdoor area. The centerpiece is the heated saltwater pool, accented by a stunning patio for outdoor dining and cooking. And of course a firepit for S’mores and more. Don't overlook the large green yard that prompts guests to feel the grass between their toes and the salty air blowing through their hair, truly a paradise. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games for adults and children.
You won't need to leave this home for the duration of your stay to have the best vacation you've ever had, but if you decide to, there is a private neighborhood beach just steps away! You are also very close to multiple historic stores and restaurants right on Route 6A in Brewster.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! The best part of this property is the outdoor space - the pool and outdoor lounging/dining areas are excellent. Was initially worried about air conditioning but the listing is accurate about the AC units adequately cooling both living/sleeping areas. The location is also great - easy access to some of Brewster's best spots for seafood, ice cream, and coffee! We hope to come back next year.

Summary: This was a fantastic vacation spot. The listing did not do justice to how kid friendly it was- high chairs, board games, pool toys- everything a kid from 0-14 could ever want or need was already there. The beach is amazing, super safe and the tidal pools were so fun to explore. The water was warm enough to be pleasant but cool enough to be refreshing. We spent every morning at the beach, walked home for lunch, and spent the afternoon at the pool. There is a fantastic bakery for breakfast across the street and a coffee spot that’s a 6 min walk. The interiors were small and a little cramped, and having two buildings was not as much of a plus as I had imagined, but we spent most of our time outside. The grounds were just gorgeous and so well appointed I felt like we had our own estate! Thanks for a great week!
