Positive: Spacious bright house with comfortable beds and a nice patio. Bang for the buck when it comes to size and available facilities. Not too far from the city center in a vibrant, but also a bit rough part of town.

Negative: No AC during soaring summer temperatures is critical as the 2nd and 3rd floor above the living room gets extremely warm. Both bedrooms were so hot that it was hard to get a good night sleep, but in owner's defence it was around 37 degrees during daytime. Still, AC would be a good idea here. There is a some tear and wear compared to the pictures - especially the bathroom,

Positive: Spacious apartment on 3 levels with cute terrace on level 2. Fully equipped, would suit friends, couples and families. All amenities for people to dine in. Very convenient location, close to Caulier metro station and the Grand Palais. Excellent communication with the hosts, very quick and useful responses to all queries.

Negative: Would love face / hand towels as we were only given one bath towel each. Stairs were quite steep, so it wouldn't suit people with mobility issues, and parents with small children have to be vigilant 24/7. A small ironing board would be good too.
