6 Bedroom Villa in Harbour Inlet, Fort Lauderdale

Incredibly unique double-gated property featuring 2 homes that are 2500+ square feet on a large lot that's nearly 1/2 an acre. Both houses are side by side. Double your amenities by having 2 complete houses!
Walk to the beach, Convention Center, FLIBS, Tortuga. 5 min ride to Las Olas and Downtown. 10 min to FLL Airport. 20 min to Hard Rock.
ALL furniture is brand new as of November 2021. BIG TVs, a heated salt pool, and lots of parking! All king and queen beds.
This property was an incredibly successful Airbnb and was booked every single week of 2019 and 2020. We acquired it at the end of 2020 and added some TLC! We are BACK and ready to go as of November 2021!
Enjoy a king-size bed in 5 of the 6 bedrooms and a very large 6th bedroom featuring 4 queen mattresses on 2 bunk beds. The bunk room has plenty of room for additional air mattresses if requested.
PLEASE NOTE: You must be 25 years of age or older to book this property. The property does not allow groups under 25 years of age, events, parties, video shoots, or photo shoots.
This property is located on a large lot in the exclusive Harbor Inlet neighborhood. There is a semi-private beach roughly a 5-10 minute walk away. You can also walk to some of Ft. Lauderdale's main beaches 1 mile away.
The homes have 100% brand new furniture, bedding, TV's and almost all contents as of November 2021. If you are in search of privacy the lot is nearly 1/2 acre and is surrounded by large trees around most of the perimeter. The unique layout places both houses at the back of the lot with the pool, parking, outdoor dining, sectional sofas, and loungers in front. Beyond the pool area is a large circular driveway with a gated entrance.

Summary: After a bit of flooding in Ft. Lauderdale on the day of our arrival, Emma (hostess with the mostest😁) was exceptional! She kept us up to date with conditions, the property and was a great communicator as we were traveling! The property is large and perfect for families etc. It was very clean, practical and accommodating. Despite the unfortunate weather for the concert, we were able to relax and enjoy our time with friends at this property..highly recommend!

Summary: My husband loved his stay here! I surprised him with a guys get away for his birthday and the house exceeded all of our expectations! The location was perfect and they had an amazing time! The host was very responsive, incredibly nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Our family stayed here with another family - 5 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of room to have each family stay in their own house with large family areas and a pool to all be together. Emma was the property manager and she was great with communication and to answer any questions.

Summary: We left Orlando exhausted, this vacation was for the kids - theme parks etc. Spent 2 nights at a hotel in Fort Lauderdale and then arrived at the gated home. The property manager procured a crib and swing for the 6 week old, the 2 houses were spacious, clean, and mostly modern. These homes accommodated 13 of us (mostly kids). We were met by the manager and she was available 24/7 for anything we needed. I loved it, as young grandparents we enjoyed the fun yard and pool. The kids even had a dance party! Recommend highly. ~ Marie
