Positive: Excellent location, a/c was great to have. Good kitchen facilities making great use of the space but in Paris, we ate out and used the kitchen for the fridge and to make hot drinks. Host allowed me to leave my bag as arrived early in the day. Similar on departure as I had later flight. For meat lovers, L'Entrecote is at the top of the street; was recommended to me by a Paris resident I met en route and another former resident although we never actually ate there as we'd made other plans.

Positive: The check in instructions were clear and easy, and we were able to get the keys in person since we arrived early though there was a locked box for keys. We were able to keep our luggage at the apartment since we were early for check in and explore the city. The host was friendly and location was excellent. The kitchen is very small so wasn't really conducive to cooking meals, but it was great to have a washer and dryer. The apartment has portable AC units which was helpful to keep things cool. This is a great apartment in an excellent location!

Positive: The property was excellent in that the location was A1 if you are an avid shopper. We were in the heart of the shopping area. The location was central to train station, restaurants and museums. The apartment being on the ground floor was amazing as it made carrying luggage in and out super easy. Loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again

Positive: This was such an incredible apartment, the location was excellent, right off of the Champs Elysees so everything was on your doorstep and the metro was a couple mins walk away. The apartment had all the amenities you could need, the bathrooms were very modern and clean, the beds were comfy (albeit small for two people) and the living room was very spacious. When we needed extra towels Benoit brought them to us straight away. Excellent service!

Positive: Great location...loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths...plenty of room to spread out. Appreciate that we were given code and allowed to check-in a bit early on arrival day.

Negative: Key/lock to apartment was a bit tricky. And kitchen was very tight...only one person at a time could be in kitchen. Also, more...bigger...and more comfy bath towels needed to be accessible.

Summary: Great place to stay; I would stay there again. Plenty of restaurants and groceries in neighborhood.

Positive: Location was excellent! Within 3 mins walk from Champs Elysee, the train, and Avenue Montaigne, it was a shopper's dream and transport was easy. Easy 5 minute walk to Arc De Triomphe and 30 min walk to Eiffel Tower. The apartment was quite big for the price. 2 bathrooms were amazing with the 2 bedrooms plus living and kitchen. The washing machine was very handy. Heating was very good.

Negative: The kitchen utensils and cups needed an extra clean.

Summary: Great location, good value! I would definitely stay there again.
