Great monthly rates! Professionally furnished 2 bedroom/1.5 bath 2 story townhouse across the street from Lake Chatuge. Newly decorated with everything you need for a great vacation. Brand new king sized bed in master with spa tub for relaxation. Two outdoor decks for relaxing and enjoying all that Lake Chatuge has to offer. This unit comes with a boat slip. Bring your pontoon, jet si or kayak and enjoy the lake like a native! The boat dock can only be used to dock your boat and enter and exit your boat. You cannot swim or fish off the dock. If you do not have a boat, then the dock is not available for your use. We do have a canoe for your use, if requested.

Summary: Unit was very comfortable and clean with fantastic views and wonderful quiet outdoor space. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions and/or requests. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property. We would book this property again.

Summary: The area is absolutely beautiful. Lake view, quite neighborhood, very relaxing. Townhouse great size, WiFi excellent. Kathy was very helpful, setting me up in extra bedroom so I could keep up with what went in at work.

Summary: Nicely laid out, well equipped townhouse. Easy access to lots of attractions and amenities, but far enough away that we still felt like we were in the country. Lots of games, well-appointed kitchen, well stocked with towels, etc. Really enjoyed our second stay in this townhouse and would stay again. Very reasonably priced. Thank you!

Summary: Great location close to Hayesville main town area. Quick access to US 64, which is the main road throughout this area. 10 minutes to Ingles (large grocery store). Beautiful views.

Summary: Everything was as expected from listing and communication with Kathy. Photos were a little deceiving for distance and access to water. For non athletes or older out of shape people like us, it was too far to walk with elevation, and no parking for driving. The condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Only having one TV was a drawback since we all didn’t like the same programs. A DVD would have been nice since the cable service is SOOO LIMITED. No sports channels and limited news !! Overall, the condo itself offers comfort and solitude. We enjoyed the comforts of home, minus multiple TV’s/DVD and waterway accessibly!
