Positive: Location, space internally, overall cleanliness, super cute and cozy!

Negative: A couple of minor pints - the WiFi details in the handbook are incorrect. There are a lot of scuffs on the stair walls. I received multiple duplicate messages, each slightly different, which was kind of strange on various comms withbthe venue owning business. Main reason for dropping the scores is that after paying the balance via Booking.com, the business who own/ manage the property demanded I provide a range of personal information and to pay an unadvertised additional £25 to confirm my booking. The customer services team at Booking.com stepped in at my request to resolve the issue without having to share the information/ pay the unadvertised extra costs. I'd gladly stay at this venue again based upon the quality of the venue itself, but would be reluctant to book via the business who own / manage the venue in the future.
