Negative: 1 bathroom to share Bathroom and bedrooms in need of modernising No reading light in 2nd bedroom and free standing furniture very used.

Positive: The House (pale grey) is splendid. Just off the road that runs between Timoleague and Courtmacsherry about 100 m from the ford/ocean. The garden is quite big, manicured and beautiful, very quiet. Sunny. The house layout is very fine with a day part and a night part well separated. The large kitchen area is on the back and is linked to rthe relaxing Telly/sofa space. Further front is another relaxing space overlooking the ocean. Cosy and beautiful! The beds were comfy. Very quiet The Owner left plant butter milk and cheese in the fridge with three bottles of water, as well as tea and coffee. Thank you -The House is situated about 2.5 km from the village that can be a reached on foot by asidewalk along the water all the way. There is only a convenience shop in courtmacSherry and a supermarket in Timoleague. - there are few Cafes, including the golden pheasant where we had a great scone in their garden! -The surrounding is very nice. We enjoyed Kinsale and the walks on the hills around. many walks are indicated.

Negative: For the Price we paid for our stay, we would have expected to have all details sorted. Nothing luxurious but could have been enjoyable. And quite easy to fix -There was NO garden furniture, even though the garden is very big and could accommodate several sets. No comfy chairs. no outside table. We even looked in the garage, but even there, there was none! :(. Too bad as As the weather was really fair and we could have enjoyed a cup of tea outside! Disappointing. Fair enough though, Garden furniture we are not mentioned in the description of the property but still, it was very strange not to find any! -The second issue was the bath that is quite slippery! Definitely difficult to use for people with reduced mobility. At least a anti-slippery mat should be provided. Would say that to the bathroom although functional and functioning is not the best feature of the house! -There were no bedside reading lamps on each side of the big bed. There Was one there on the cupboard and broken. :( - Regarding the kitchen, there were no cutting board, no teapot, no ladle, no serving tray, no salad bowl and no salad crookery. - No instructions are left regarding anything in the house. we Contacted the owner but we've got no replies, not even a welcome message. The keys where in the key box, so we had no contact with them whatsoever! - The house was a bit hard to find. It is the first driveway after the ruins of the cisterian abbey.

Positive: The property was great! It was very clean, had all amenities, including a washer AND a dryer. The kitchen was well stocked, and the place was centrally located to all we wanted to see.

Negative: We have no issues with the property, but the hosts were very slow on replies, and a couple times, never responded. The directions to the house (at least using google) are wrong. We had to use the pictures of the house from the road to try and find it. I did call the host about it, and I got a call back about 2 hours after we finally found it. GPS coordinates to the exact spot would greatly help others. I also had to request key location and check in instructions.

Summary: The place is clean, comfortable, and has all amenities, and is centrally located.

Positive: Great location, gorgeous views from the garden and house. Comfortable sitting room and beds. Perfect for exploring the sounding areas with lots of nice towns and restaurants fairly close by.

Negative: Was a real pity there is no garden furniture. The weather was lovely to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the sea view so we took the kitchen chairs outside.
