Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is perfect, the hotel is luxurious, the furniture is new and clean, the view is amazing, the kitchen is well equipped apart from the electric cattle,,there is supermarket inside the tower

Negative: The check in procedure took ages and we were sick of waiting even after paying 2000 EDH deposit, the apartment was dusty, all tv remotes were ran out of batteries, the master room shower water was running outside the shower area , the floor scraper but not provided, no cattle we were making tea in a cooking bot and they provided us with dust bin 1 day before our check out , however we asked for extra blanket and toiletries and was provided the agent was responding initially but one day later the response become very late or no response, the kitchen main drain was blocked and the dirty water was leaking every where, and there was no response at all despite several contact finally the tower security came to help us after the water reached the rooms and the agent surprisingly responded next day! the deposit was sent back after discussion and still not received after 6th business day. But all these are manageable issues
