Positive: Near to the best places where we want to see. Dog friendly.

Negative: It's a fantastic property but maybe change the bed mattress into a better one to feel more comfortable at night.

Summary: Love the wine and crisp. A lovely place to stay in for a night or weeks. Highly recommended.

Positive: Nice place and quiet , restaurant, swiming pool are Nice (even if à bit old) The appartement is in good condition, the fournitures (beds and sofa) are not that comfortable Heating system is a bit noisy. Nethertheless i would recommend.

Positive: Accommodation was great,clean and comfy and everything you need. we were close to pool and shop. Site was small and relatively quiet which we liked

Negative: The only negative was the Internet a bit slow when we tried watching a film in the evening

Positive: Accommodation was lovely & easy to find, we managed to park nearby on the complex. It was clean, tidy & had everything we needed. It is well located & only a few miles from the White cliffs of Dover, Dover Castle, Ferry terminals etc. There is a lovely pub in the village called The Smugglers where the food is lovely so a must visit. A little welcome pack with a few bits about the area, whats on site etc would of been nice & could of done with some instructions for the Induction hob but we sussed it in the end. Plenty of utensils, pan, plates etc to use. There is a large TV with NETFLIX, PRIME etc you can you can access with your own personal log in. There are towels for the shower and a tea towel supplied. Make sure you take teabags, coffee etc although there is a little corner shop with all of this available in the village.

Negative: Only downside for me was the master bedroom mattress :( it was very uncomfortable & i barely got any sleep. my back was killing me laying on it so i ended up on the sofa a few times. My husband found it uncomfortable to. Maybe a topper or something would help but it is very soft! Also the shower wasn't 100%. It was either very hot or lukewarm, i couldn't seem to find where the temperature was stable. it also isn't very powerful so washing long hair was difficult as it trickled out.

Summary: was a wonderful weekend away. weather was gorgeous. Will definitely visit Dover & stay here again.

Negative: Sofa is too soft and too low. All 3 of us struggled to get up once sat. The mattress was too soft, although we are aware this is a personal preference. 2 of us have back problems and it did cause issues.

Negative: Poorly maintained: Central light faulty switches off after 30 sec Shower cabinet dangerous, broken support rollers, right hand glass not connected to frame. Permanent leak on radiator joint in bathroom, bowl red with rush in collecting leaks Toilet is leaking on overflow Under rear of toilet water leaked. Singles bedroom has broken window lock and missing handle, so only ventilation is by larger window but unsafe security at night. The sofa was too low for older people. MOST Dangerous: patio door/entrance. Very stiff and hard to open/close. Did write to Munro holidays with questions before traveling, but no response even after return. Needs urgent repairs. Photos on request.
