Summary: This was a perfect property for a larger group that still wanted spaciousness and comfort--no one needed to sleep on a couch or sit on the floor! Both houses were nicely appointed and contained many creature comforts. It was convenient to places we wanted to explore, including the Upper Peninsula. All in all, it turned out to be just what we wanted for a family get together.

Summary: The homes were beautifully decorated. The host thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. There were outdoor games, indoor games, a wagon & scooter for the little ones. Beach days were easy due to the host having a beach cart to haul our stuff. She had beach chairs & extra beach towels. She had the house well stocked with supplies such as garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. Communication was excellent & she answered all of questions in a timely manner. This is a great place for a multi generational get away.

Summary: We had a great weekend staying on this property! The two houses in one was great for being close to each other but also having your own space. The appliances were amazing and the rooms were spacious. There were plenty of games and entertainment items for us as well. I would love to stay here again!

Summary: The owners of this property knew just what a family needed. There was plenty of bedding and towels, toys and games for the kids, and room for everyone to not feel crowded. Burt Lake was literally walking distance and Petoskey State Park with Lake Michigan Beach just 25 minutes away. We had a great time!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this place in Indian River. It’s perfect for a large family. Plenty of space for some separation but also space to eat and be all together. We had a great time at the backyard fire pit each night we were there. I want to go again!!!!!!
