Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely a beautiful home and perfect for a large group! Clean, spacious and beautiful views! However the toilets had a little trouble with clogging.....and we know how to not overuse Colorado toilets. Maybe put a plunger in each one? And we never did figure out how to turn the heat down to a livable level so we all slept with windows open, in March. I did figure out how to turn down the heated floors in the gorgeous sunroom but I was trying to control the air. And the light switches took some time to figure out. The refrigerator downstairs had some issues with cooling and it dropped but the repairman who came was so nice. Will definitely stay again, the issues were livable! Oh and there was a small leak in the roof in the sunroom so we moved the couch over so as not to get it wet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size and accommodation of the house was amazing. We did not expect to have a fully equipped kitchen w/ not 1 but 2 crockpots, extra linens/towels, and laundry amenities not to mention humidifiers - but it was there and then some. It was such a comfortable and luxurious stay I definitely recommend it for small or large groups.. I look forward to staying here again in the future!The only superficial complaint, grass was a little tall and one section under the trees had some trash under it (probably wind-blown); we were busy with a wedding that we never tended to it ourselves.
