Summary: Overall this is a nice and well maintained property. It is directly on the bike trail with easy access through locked gates. (Keys to gates provided with the condo.) This gives you easy access to long walks as well as a quick path to local stores and restaurants. The mattresses are quite firm, so may keep that in mind depending upon sleep preferences. Only other minor concern is that pulling out onto East River Road can be challenging as it is a very busy street. The condo is located within 20 minutes of Sabino Canyon which has some amazing hiking trails.

Summary: 3friends from out of town. Went to Fox Theater, hiked in Catalina state park. Went to karchner Caverns, Tombstone, Bisbee, downtown El Charro, used the hot tub. Key didn’t work to the loop walking path, could have used Kleenex, and a top sheet for sofa bed. Great location and very clean condo.
