Positive: It is quite complete for a short stay with extreme comfort. I enjoyed the bathtub, wash machine, the kitchen and the balcony. There was even a BBQ grill I ended up not using.

Negative: Nothing really.

Summary: Perfect appartment, very clean and comfortable, in a great location!

Positive: Great location and good amount of space. The layout was great for a studio, with the bedroom separated from the living area by the kitchen. Loved having parking.

Negative: We weren't able to access the lofted space, which was fine - except someone left a lamp on up there that we had no way to turn off, so it wasn't fully dark at night and hard to sleep. Also whoever installed the bathroom sink faucet did so backwards, so that you can't fully turn on/off the sink since the faucet handles run into the wall behind the sink. Very odd. And it was pretty clean, but very dusty in the little cubbies within the two side shelves by the bed.
