Positive: Great space and facilties - you could easily stay for a week. Everything was finished to a high standard and was very comfortable. The ability to use the washing machine was a great extra touch (although we didn't need it). Location was ideal - close enough to walk to shops and into the main High Street for breakfast.

Positive: Fantastic location, parking on-site, clean, tidy, airy and spacious. Excellent shower and large bathroom. Air conditioning in the lounge area.
Negative: The heatwave we've been experiencing in the UK is unprecedented. Whilst there was air con in the lounge area there wasn't a fan in the bedroom making it difficult to sleep.
Summary: Great location, spacious, airy flat. Second time staying here, would stay again.

Positive: Lovely well presented flat, plenty of space. Good quality everything. Very clean and bright. Spacious bathroom, nice toiletries. Close enough to what we needed, visiting the Chalice Well. Good communication from the hosts. No issues at all.
