Positive: We liked the location - it is easy to get to on the train from Porto. Most things that you need are within walking distance - Lidl was a 15 minute walk away and there were good cafes and restaurants minutes away. The electric blinds provide great darkness for a good night's sleep, and the master bed is very comfy. It would benefit from more pillows, though. This room is at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed by outside noise at all. The room feels like a room in a good hotel - it has been done to a good standard. The outside terrace for this room is very spacious and relatively private. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the water pressure was great in the bathroom. Check in/out were both easy.

Negative: We booked a room with a terrace, which states it is sea view. I would strongly challenge this being a sea view room - if you stand up on the terrace and stand in exactly right spot, you can see the sea. To me, that isn't a sea view room, which is why I booked it. Otherwise you are looking out onto apartments, roof tops and yards/gardens. A decent sea view isn't what you're getting by any stretch. The dining table has a damaged top which is the first thing I saw when I arrived. The bidet is scuffed and covered in black marks. The tiles on the terrace haven't been laid properly - no mortar - so they are loose and loud when you walk on them. The windows were filthy outside, I even considered buying window cleaner because it impacted the amount of light getting in. With attention to detail this could be very nice, but it is tired in places.

Positive: Well located in the city with everything essencial not even 2 minutes walk away. A beautiful place well equipped with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The host Ricardo was very lovely responding super fast to any questions

Positive: So, this is whole renovated building with different rooms, so you need to be careful when book, but each room is very nice convenient, new and well designed. Heating of the water with bowler, so in case of 3-4 people you need to be careful not to use the whole amount of hot water. Our room had a best view to an ocean and it was perfect!!! The owner did everything with the soul and love, so facility is a great one!
