Positive: Well equipped and decorated. Table was set upon arrival which gives a nice welcoming touch. Easy to find, and easy to park.

Negative: Nothing. It was what we had expected.

Positive: Amazing location if you want to go to Sequoia NP. Very rustic.location with decent access to Visalia. Liked the remote location with farmland. Furnishings were comfortable if a bit spartan.

Negative: The house was very worn out. It was renovated on the outside but not the inside. Floors need to be refinished, the toilet rocked because the tile around it is broken and the Internet was very slow. Washer and dryer work but have several broken switches. None of those are particularly awful, just noteworthy. The only real issue was the A/C was not great. Took forever to cool down, likely because the intake filter looked like it hadn't been changed in years and was coated with enough dust to be disgusting.

Summary: Worth staying at, just know it has shortcomings
