Positive: The owners and staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed wam and individualized breakfast every morning and complimentary wine tasting session (with a variety of cheese) every afternoon. It is located at the corner of First Street and Jefferson Street, only a few blocks away from all the restaurants and shops.

Negative: The description of the Suite said "1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a bath." In reality, living space was in the same room as the bed, like in a normal hotel room. That said, it was still spacious enough. Bathtub was large and comfortable - only wish it held the water without slight leakage (draining).

Summary: For this location and price range, we could not have asked for more!

Positive: Our first experience staying at a B&B. This will not be the last. The owners, rooms, grounds, breakfast, evening wine tasting and even the other guests made our short stay - awesome. If you are looking for a nice location very close to town HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1801 First Luxury Inn. You will not be disappointed.

Negative: If could have stayed longer. Unfortunately our schedule did not allow that. Next time.

Negative: The bed pillows need to changed out. They were so flimsy and thin we had to double or triple them to sleep
