Summary: We loved the home! Great place to stay and quick communication with owners. We stayed a couple of nights while we visited Bryce Canyon. We had everything we needed. The view is amazing from the home (especially at night). We felt like we were in a planetarium at night! Highly recommend this home

Summary: Great property. Had 6 bedrooms which was great for my family. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook our meals. Washer and dryer where very helpful. The downstairs was cold but fortunately leave provided heaters in all the rooms. Would definately stay here again in we are back in the area.

Summary: Rented this property to use as a base for mountain biking Red Canyon trails. It was a great location for this, and also a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon. We took multiple families, some did mountain biking and some hiked Bryce Canyon. There was plenty of room for all.

Summary: We stayed at the property with another couple for 4 days of hiking in Bryce and surroundings. Got to house and found that the second bathroom upstairs did not have a working shower, so other couple had to use downstairs shower which did not have enough pressure. The grill was dirty and there was no propane when we got there at dinner time. The owner brought us a tank the next day. The washing machine didn't work either, which was very disappointing. They couldn't get it fixed while we were there. Other than that, the house was very comfortable, good wifi and tvs. And, given that it was very rural, there were very few other options.
