It is the large family home par excellence where you will enjoy meeting up, even in the off-season, because the large contemporary stove installed in the old fireplace will bring the sought-after charm. Certainly in the countryside, but only 8 km from Lannion, town of art and history with its historic town center, its cobbled streets (cinema, bowling, laser game...), 16 km from Perros Guirec, its beaches emblematic including Trestraou beach bordered by its bars, brasseries and casino. 16 km from the town of Tréguier.
