Positive: Great location, comfortable bed and stylish decoration. It looked exactly as in the pictures.

Negative: Manon, the owner of this property, is unreachable once you request an invoice after your stay. Colleagues of mine have stayed at Manon's other properties and have experienced the same problem. I have sent many invoice requests but so far -a month later- I haven't gotten a single reply. I need an official invoice to get this trip reimbursed, so be aware of this issue if you are travelling for work as well.

Positive: The location is great for enjoying Enschede's lively city center, with shopping and bars. Parking is nearby at Q-Park for €16/day. The upstairs area is bright.

Negative: We had the split-level apartment. The downstairs area has the bed and a bathroom, and the upstairs is the living and kitchen. The bottom is dark, and to go up/down, you use a very steep and narrow circular staircase. The bedding is worn or and could use an update.
