As you drive down the long Crepe Myrtle-lined driveway, you realize you are in your own private paradise. As the property opens up you see the tennis court, basketball court and beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath house with a large outdoor shower and separate guest cabin with full bathroom. The house is newly remodeled and includes an amply supplied kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Wifi and Smart TVs.
Enjoy your days swimming from the private boat dock. Spend your evenings relaxing in the beautiful screened-in porch with vaulted ceilings or making s'mores by the stone firepit - both of which have great water views.

King bedding includes light comforters. Sheets are available upon request.
Twin beds include comforters, slightly heavier/fluffier than Kings. Sheets available upon request.
Bath Towels, hand towels and washcloths available upon request.
Gas grill available for use on patio only (not to be used on screened-in porch).
Kyak and paddle board are available for use at renter's own risk.
Noodles are located in the boxes on the dock. An umbrella is available for use on the dock and can be found in the closet in the living room of the house.
Recommendation: At night, if you are inside or on screened porch, turn flood lights off to avoid an influx of insects in and around the house. (Flood light switch is the 3rd switch on the right wall just after you enter the house). There is a motion light on the front porch that provides most light needed at night.
Upon departure, please place all towels over the tubs. Please place sheets in a pile on a bed in your room.

Summary: This is the perfect place for family gatherings. We book this house for our 30th anniversary and had our family with us. The owners are beyond helpful with everything and want you to enjoy all of the property. Everything from communications to cleanliness was above par. They offer so much with this property, more than what you would think. Perfect for small children with safe places to run to easy level walking area for the grandparents to enjoy. This is definitely a property that we would love to enjoy multiple times a year.

Summary: We had an awesome week at Russels retreat. The property exceeded our expectations and Clint is an awesome host. He communicated very well if we had questions. The tennis and basketball court were a lot of fun for our family. The lake is huge and we spent a lot of time wake boarding and skiing. Also had a lot of fun fishing and swimming off the dock. Overall we had a great week and we will definitely go back sometime. This property is definitely a five star vacation home. Thanks again Clint for letting us stay for the week.

Summary: We had 8 adult men stay for a week and we could have had 4-5 more with plenty of space to spare. This place is a hidden gem. Like having your own resort. Multiple bathrooms, showers, fridges, high end appliances and comfortable furniture. The lake is clean and beautiful. We spent hours in the water every day. We never really left the house except to take the boat out because we had everything we needed. Clint was great to deal with. We will be back for sure.
