For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of 250€ is required via SWIKLY. This will be fully refunded post your stay if no damages are found.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: 450€.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
