Positive: Comfy lounge set up and beds - good check in instructions for us too. Happy to say we found the chopping board easily and definitely appreciated the ice in the freezer!

Negative: The apartment was very hot to enter and I think there was only 1 fan. It cooled down with the windows open but you can't leave them open to sleep due to road sounds.

Positive: Nice cute little apartment, perfect for our night out at Concorde, walking distance if not in heels! Very clean and well equipped. Wish we had instructions on how to use the coffee machine though!

Negative: Nothing, everything required was there Could have had a couple of instructions on closest shops though.

Positive: It was a very nice stay. We were looking for an apartment close to family that we could be comfortable in, over the Christmas holiday period. The apartment was fine for everything. The easy of controlling the heating was great.

Negative: The seal on the shower screen needs some maintenance, as the first shower led to water all over the floor. I couldn't find a chopping board, but these are very tiny issues.
