Superschönes, zentral gelegenes und vollmöbliertes Apartment, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Im Eingangsbereich geht es gleich rechts in das erste der drei Schlafzimmer (Bett: 160x200) und das davor liegende Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Der über 60qm großen Küchen-Wohnraum befindet sich im Zentrum der Wohnung, dahinter liegen zwei weitere Zimmer (Betten: 180x200 cm, 140x200 cm) und das große Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie ein Hauswirtschaftsraum.
Der große Wohnraum ist mit einer modernen und hochwertigen Einbauküche ausgestattet. Induktionsherd, Dampfgarer, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine – alles da.
Ein großer Esstisch bietet Platz für größere Runden und die angeschlossene Süd-Terrasse Platz zum draußen sitzen. Auch der gegenüberliegende Wohnbereich mit großem Sofa und Flatscreen TV bietet eine Terrasse, die zum Hofgarten hin ausgerichtet ist.

Mitte liegt, wie der Name schon sagt, in der Mitte Berlins und umfasst die früher autonomen Bezirke Moabit, Tiergarten und Wedding. Hier wimmelt es nur so von Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie der Museumsinsel, dem Brandenburger Tor, dem Reichstag aber auch dem Boulevard Unter den Linden mit seinen zahlreichen Touristenläden und Essgelegenheiten und dem Potsdamer Platz.
Fast vor der Haustür liegt die Bushaltestelle Mariannenplatz (Bus 140 nach Temeplhof und Ostbahnhof) und um die Ecke die U-Bahn-Station Moritz Platz (U8 über den Alexander Platz nach Wittenau) und immer noch in Laufnähe Goerlitzer Bahnhof (U1) und U Kottbusser Tor (U1/U8).
