Summary: Nice hotel in the center of Yerevan. Should be rated 4* instead of current 3* Cons - constant rain of AC condensate around the hotel; scanty breakfast. Lavash is the only bread offered. Only one set of pepper/salt for all guests. Wonder how much they saved by not providing salt on each table in dining area.

Summary: Location is pretty good, as good as the popular chains. It could be hard to find but they have a few signs. The thing to remember is it really is only the 14th floor of a building. Nice terrace. Good internet. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
