Positive: The property was really clean. The beds and bedding were extremely comfy! The property had everything we needed, iron and board, cooking equipment and a hairdryer. They even had a few board games, which was nice.

Negative: Not great for parking, but I do have quite a big car. There is a space at the rear of the property, the road to get to it is quite tight because of how others have parked. Couldn’t get a space on the road out the front.

Summary: Really comfy stay, would recommend.

Positive: Lovely to have bread, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits supplied useful info for local places supplied. We made a visit to the Dairy Cabin on the recommendation of the host

Negative: Re key collection - we arrived in the dark and the lock box is actually quite high up the wall in the dark so was very difficult to see the numbers and to open the lock box but once we had managed that entry was fine. A small point was that our email with the details said the car park space was in Atlas Rd. Again it was dark and lateish when we arrived so we managed to suss out that it was not Atlas Rd but Alpha Rd. Presume the gremlins of auto correct may have been responsible for that. The gate lock needs some attention when opening from the car parking side as did not unlock easily and actually that was the entrance we used the most.

Summary: A great base for visiting our family for the weekend

Positive: Clear instruction's were provided. Directions were very good. The house was well located and easy to find with everything you need. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. Great to sit outside in the garden and have coffee in the morning in brilliant sunshine. Great to have off street parking.

Positive: The place was clean and all the little touches like providing essentials for tea and toast were lovely. A good size shower and an outdoor space where I could sit with my coffee in the morning. Plenty of blankets, pillows and even towels were provided. We were staying close to family so didn't need to use the parking but that is an added bonus for anyone who needs it.We would definitely stay here again :-)

Negative: The mattress on the double bed is very soft, I liked that but my husband found it difficult to get comfortable. No blinds on the kitchen window, it is quite private but as you have to pass through the kitchen to get to the bathroom I felt a little uncomfortable about that at night. If taking little children the stairs might be a little worrying.

Summary: Overall a lovely stay in a very clean and homely little place.

Positive: Good location, not far from the town and the seafront. Clean and cheerful. Host helpful and easy to contact.

Negative: The second bedroom is very small for 2 adults, with no bedside lights. Kitchen no5 badly equipped, but only one saucepan which was large
