Negative: Carpets need changing,very rough...shower room and toilet doors were making alot of noise...it needs to change as it was irritating.

Positive: Very comfortable, cute and cosy. I was very happy to see a washer/dryer. Very clean and had everything we needed. Suitable for a family of 6.

Negative: There wasn’t enough information on how to book the swimming pool.

Positive: Swimming pool and gym on the doorstep were an added bonus. Interior decor was absolutely stunning! Everything essential was in the kitchen cupboards. On arrival we found a lovely welcome basket with scones, cream, jam, and prosecco were a really thoughtful touch. There was even tea bags in tea in caddy and a small milk in fridge!! Very hard to leave the holiday home at the end of our stay. I love that there were books in the master bedroom. The visitors book was great too.

Negative: Kitchen floor was sticky. When we tried to mop it clean, we found the mop handle had an essential piece missing. Although there were torches hanging by the door, they batteries must have been flat as they didn't work. The towel rail in shower was barely warm until day 4 when it was super hot so needs fixing. Hot water temp a little too high esp. in bathroom as impossible to wash hands with the hot tap. This is very easy to fix.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again.
