Tristan 12B is an adorable corner condo on the twelfth floor of the lovely Tristan Towers. This adorable two-bedroom condo boasts amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico from both the master bedroom and the living room, as well as views of the Bay from the guest bedroom and the living room. Or see all the way to the end of the island from the corner of the wrap around balcony! All the amenities of home, with the feel of the islands, all just steps away from the water in two directions. Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and is adjacent to the second full bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed with queen size sleeper to accommodate 2 additional guests. This condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

Summary: This condo is nearly perfect! The location is excellent, amenities are nice and the view is unmatched! Easiest check in you will ever have. No problems in the condo at all. Only suggestion is to update the decor a bit and maybe provide new mattresses. Otherwise, such a wonderful place. We will definitely return!

Summary: Beautiful property. We enjoyed our long weekend at this condo. The unit was well equiped, and very comfortable. We prepared several meals during our stay and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Property was quiet and well maintained, parking was easy, pool was beautiful, beach was as easy walk across the street. Bay was a perfect place to paddleboard or just float. We would definately rent this condo again. Also enjoyed a quick fly by of the Blue Angels as they returned home Sunday evening!

Summary: We had a very nice stay! The inside is a little dated, but overall very well kept and exactly as the listing describes. There aren't any blinds in the main room which makes it a little bright when someone is sleeping on the pull out sofa and the other blinds in the bedrooms could be replaced, but otherwise a great place to stay!

Summary: If you love water views, this is the perfect place to enjoy the view! The extended balcony not only looks out at the Gulf of Mexico, but it also gives you a great view of the Intercoastal. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and a real treat. We will be back!
