Summary: We had a fantastic stay in July 2015! The house was just as described. It was very clean and well maintained. Sep made every effort to welcome us and help us during our stay. We chose this holiday house because it had plenty of space inside and out. We were two families, 4 adults and 7 children and there were plenty of bedrooms and beds to fit all in comfortably. There was WiFi and this was very helpful for last minute trip planning. The weather during our stay was very warm (even by Australian standards) and the children loved the swimming pool, trampoline, and open space. From Sep's house we were able to quickly travel into Schwarbmunchen for ice cream and grocery shopping. On other days we drove to Neuschwanstein Castle, Augsberg, Landsberg am Lech, and to Ammersee for a swim in the warm water. We also caught the train to Munich to see the sights on a couple of occasions. (The distance to Munich was no trouble for us as we wanted the country feel.) Sep's house is on the edge of the village backing onto fields with woods visible beyond that. There are bicycles available for free to ride around tracks, through the villages and into the woods. We visited Sep's deers and the children loved feeding them. There is a nice country restaurant about 4 minutes drive up the road where we ate dinner when we didn't feel like traveling very far. On the last night we enjoyed a 'traditional' dinner cooked by Sep's wife and then Sep showed us his motorcycle collection and everyone had a great time taking turns riding with Sep. We stayed 7 nights and it we loved every minute! We would happily recommend this house to friends and would love to return one day. Thank you Sep!

Summary: We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this beautiful holiday home. It had everything that we could have asked for - and more! The swimming pool was just fantastic, we used it every day. There is also a giant trampoline, huge swing bench, electronic dart board, table football, and an entire double garage filled with every possible bike, ride-on, skate, pogo stick....everything you could wish for. Sep and his family were very welcoming, and our younger son made friends with Sepp's youngest daughter Laura. Nothing was too much trouble - even with the language barrier we got by with a few key phrases and hand signals. We left feeling sad that we had to say goodbye. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sepp and your lovely family for everything you did to make our time with you so very special.

Summary: We have stayed two families with kids for several amazing days. The house is equiped with anything you need. Very clean and as described. The host Josef is very accommodating and helpful. He does not speak English, but his neighbor does. And there is no problem to understand if you doesn‘t speak German. There are a lot of bikes, trikes, skateboards, electric jeeps and lot of other staff for kids to play. The house has good location - it takes only 40 minutes drive to LEGOLAND and 1 hour and 20 minutes to the ALPS (Garmisch-Partenkirchen) for hiking with kids and enoying wonderful sights of Alps. A house is in a small town Birkach, near is a bigger town Schwabmunchen with local Bavarian restaurants and supermarkets just 8km from the house.

Summary: The offered family home is exactly as described on the website and as experienced during our stay in the month of September 2014. What made us choose this holiday home? The spacious house and garden with numerous facilities to keep young and old in all weather conditions entertained. The central location on the border of Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria in a healthy rural environment; Wi-Fi internet. From this place we made day trips by car to Munich, Augsburg, Stuttgart (via the Swabian Alb), Austria, Lake Constance (via the Allgäu) and by boat to Switzerland. Alternatives when rainy are a great choice of museums/ malls in the surrounding towns or perhaps a game of table football and darts in the outdoor kitchen while enjoying a bottle of very tasty local beer? For a workout you might prefer the attic located gym, king-size trampoline or pool. When Sepp shows his collection of motorcycles, toy cars, circus bikes, etc. etc., the heartbeat of "children from 3 to 73 years" is often accelerating. Our 4 year old grandson was crossing the garden in a large electric toy jeep in no time. Even there were real mini dirt bikes for young racers. The last night we went for a home grown deer roast with handmade noodles which we enjoyed together with Sepp, Sonja and daughters. Truly delicious! The entertainment bonuses from Sepp: a great self-made apple pie to welcome us, feeding his deer, the ride in a bike+sidecar, the game with the hollow hammers and the schnapps testing, added a lot of fun to this holiday. Sepp and Family on behalf of us, and our children visiting from Texas, thanks for the very good time at your place. Summary: We stayed with our two boys aged 5 and 3 , they both loved the house and the garden especially the swings and slide and a first ride on a motor bike with Sepp around the garden. The house was clean and tidy and stocked with everything you might need.The cake Sonja made us when we arrived was very nice and the kids enjoyed the chocolates. We visited lots of places while we where the we had two trips to Austria , Munich and a very short trip to Italy. We wish that we had more time to relax in the beautiful garden. We would all recommend this fantastic holiday home and we would love to come and stay again.Thank you Sepp and Sonja for making us feel welcome.

Summary: Large home that was very clean and had great facilities Stayed with my young children and little touches like full sized cot bed made all the difference. My four year old loved the house, or should I say the pedal cars and swings, and he especially loved feeding the deer. There is plenty to do, but would recommend lupold park in schwabmunchen, for a little outing close by.

Summary: We spent 2 wonderful weeks here with the Huber family, the house was comfortable and clean, the garden and play area huge and well maintained, we had our 2 teenage girls and two small boys ages 7 & 4 with us and they all felt at home here. Sepp & Sonia are perfect hosts, there when you need them and leave you to your own devices when you need some peace and quiet. Julia and Laura the 2 daughters treated my boys like old friends and they all played so well together, us with none or very little German and the hosts with very little English, but despite the language barrier we became good friends over the fortnight and would not hesitate to recommend Huber Haus.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely home with our 4 children (ages 8,10,12, and 14). It is incredibly clean, spacious, and very well stocked with anything you may need in the kitchen. Sepp and Sonja are such kind, helpful people. Sonja made us a German apple cake waiting for us on our arrival and she left chocolates for the kids. I asked if they knew a restaurant that made good Sauerbraten and guess what? Sonja made us enough Sauerbraten and homemade spaetzle to feed an army! It was delicious. We were busy, always coming and going..I wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the beautiful home. Wifi was not working when we were there, but Sepp made honest effort to try to fix it for us. My only suggestion is that I would have appreciated better directions before our arrival since there is so much construction going on in the area and our GPS was not helpful. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate with this beautiful family. Germany is gorgeous! Great location! We drove to Austria, Switzerland, enjoyed Neuschwanstein near Fussen and explored the great city of Munchen. We will be back! Thanks Sepp and Sonja. :)

Summary: Very excellent stay. The owners baked a cake and prepared some chocolates for the kids to welcome us on our arrival. On the second day, they brought us to feed deers at their farm not far away. The house is huge and all the necessary amenities were provided, including aluminium foil, washing detergent, kitchen towels and all cookery. Wonder place for a getaway. I would recommend this highly to all.
