Positive: The property was exceptionally well equipped with operating manuals for various pieces of equipment. It was very clean, in a good location, walkable to anywhere in Truro. I thourily enjoyed my stay there.

Negative: The kitchen door is a nuisance with the fridge behind it.

Positive: The facilities were great. In general, photos don't reflect what the propertry is exactly, but 12 Kel Avon was better than the photos. We also liked the scones, cream, jam and wine and the fact that the house had the basics, like salt, coffee, sugar, etc. Everything was so organised and we did feel welcome. The games room was a real success!

Negative: We would have liked a slightly later check-out (i.e. 10 am). It would have meant a less stressful morning, especially when travelling with kids.

Summary: Brilliant and welcoming stay.

Positive: Lovely property and suited us with two separate sleeping areas. Ideal location to visit all areas of Cornwall

Negative: The tv in the living room was quite small and we could have done with a fan due to the hot weather. Personally due to our mobility it was too far to walk to shops and restaurants.
