Recently upgraded with a brand-new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, this two-bedroom, two bath oceanfront condo with wrap around balcony will surely make you feel as if you are dreaming with sounds of the ocean to lull you into a peaceful bliss.
Located 2 miles north of the Daytona Beach Pier area and 2 miles south of Ormond Beach, this building is close enough to everything and far enough to avoid the crowds.
**UPDATES - There is an ongoing concrete restoration project for the building. The North end of the building, which includes this unit, is complete and construction has moved to the south end. Even though this unit is not directly being worked on, there will be noise from the restoration project. I do not have a schedule of what work will be done or how noisy it will be unfortunately. Confirmation of your knowledge of construction will be asked at time of booking request.

Summary: This is a great property. Unit is in great condition and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Building is in a good location. Close to a lot of fun things, but not on a crowded stretch of the beach. Enjoy the balcony, beach, and ocean on a trip with this unit as your “home base”.

Summary: The location was terrific. We were there for the college cheer competition, and we were a short drive or 20 min walk to center of everything. Would recommend this spot to anyone.

Summary: This was a great location right on the beach and away from some of the noise of the main strip in Daytona. The unit itself was very clean and nice. The property manager was very responsive and even provided us with information on a rocket launch nearby so we could watch it.

Summary: Very nice place to stay with beautiful beach access. Very clean pool. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Instructions were very clear and host quickly answered our questions. Condo is perfectly located as it was very near to Publix and our venue and night life but far enough out to feel like we’re not in the middle of all the hustle. Would book again.

Summary: This is a beautiful condo. Lots of space. Tastefully decorated. Nice location right on the beach. We got to watch a rocket launch at 1am which lit up the sky from 60 miles away. The construction noise is the only drawback. We left during the daytime hours to avoid most of it. This is temporary so it won't be an issue for long. I highly recommend Ginger's condo through VRBO.

Summary: The condo was extremely clean, decorated beautifully had everything we needed. Our balcony was under construction, but we knew that before we booked. My only complaint is there’s not enough chairs around the pool. only eight lounge chairs and about six regular chairs definitely need more chairs around the pool fortunately, we brought chairs for the beach so we use them around the pool.
