Summary: Worked the US Open and this room for the past 9 days were home away from home. SLEPT like a baby .We even had a jacuzzi in the room . A/C worked clean room. Room service was on point as well.Always felt safe

Summary: Room was large and very clean but lacked a closet, rack, or even a chair. Good firm king bed. Bathroom clean but only outlet was too far from sink. One must request hanging rack, replacement towels, trash emptying. Door has spaces underneath creating cold drafts. Window has blackout shade to block view of large paved parking lot. There are no amenities for families/kids..but a room is called a suite when it has hot tub in corner. Staff very accommodating. Front desk very fortified.
