Positive: The premises was very accessible. The self check-in and self check-out was awesome and extremely convenient. The premises was very neat and clean. We enjoyed very much living here. Hopping to stay here whenever we come back to Valencia. There was holt and cold water available 24 hours.

Negative: There is a foul smell in the washroom. The exhaust needs to be attended to as soon as possible.

Positive: Pretty good and comfortable apartments with good view to the street (Air conditioner and coffee machine) Clean and comfortable.

Negative: Some everyday things were missing Kettle Frying pan The shower seal was leaking (after the shower there were puddles that had to be wiped up) Very few sockets

Positive: Location is really ideal for both the beach and the old town as is really close to bus stops and metro stations- this was definitely the highlight of the property. Feels extremely safe as 2 younger women travelling. Kitchen well equipped and useful
